Our mortgage team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Loan Partner to join us.

But we’re not just looking for someone to push paperwork.

We’re looking for someone who knows mortgages AND loves people.

Someone who understands income, assets, credit, guidelines and how to structure a loan — but who can also pick up the phone, communicate confidently with a client or Realtor, solve problems and create an incredible experience.

The right person is:

• Experienced in the mortgage business
• Detail-oriented and organized
• A GREAT communicator
• Proactive — sees the “smoke” before it becomes a fire
• Comfortable working directly with borrowers and Realtors
• Positive, steady and dependable
• Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do
• Excited about being part of a team that wants to GROW
